Whether you’re stepping in to the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, it’s natural to have questions. Our goal is to make your yoga and healing journey as smooth and supported as possible. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive. Yes! Our classes are intentionally small and allows us to personalize instructions to accommodate your level.
This is one of the most common misconceptions about yoga. Flexibility is not a requirement; it’s a result that may come with regular practice. Yoga is about building awareness, strength, and connection to your body. Come as you are and use your mat to explore!
A good quality yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you are attending online, you will need to purchase 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap and a set of resistance loop bands. If you attend in person, these are provided.
I balance a full-time job alongside teaching and offering personalized healing sessions. Limiting group classes helps me give each part of my work the care it deserves. Thanks for understanding!

Absolutely. Private sessions are tailored to your needs and schedule—perfect for beginners, injury recovery, or deepening your practice.

Group classes focus on Vinyasa and Classical Hatha, and include practices like Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and chanting. Private sessions draw from restorative, yin, and other styles to support your individual needs.
Not at this time. If your child is over 12 years, they may be able to join our regular group class-check with us.
Please practice barefoot (no socks) for safety and grounding.
Make sure your phone is on silent so we can all enjoy an uninterrupted practice.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to travel or holidays. If you know you'll be away, our livestream online classes are a great way to stay connected with your practice while you're on the go.
